Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are at it again, producing what looks like another wild and entertaining animated film in America: The Motion Picture. Set to premiere this summer on Netflix, America: The Motion Picture is a wildly tongue-in-cheek reimagining of the American Revolution.

The synopsis for the R-rated animated film reads:

In this wildly tongue-in-cheek animated revisionist history, a chainsaw-wielding George Washington assembles a team of rabble rousers — including beer-loving bro Sam Adams, famed scientist Thomas Edison, acclaimed horseman Paul Revere, and a very pissed off Geronimo — to defeat Benedict Arnold and King James in the American Revolution. Who will win? No one knows, but you can be sure of one thing: these are not your father's Founding… uh, Fathers.

For a film of his magnitude, America: The Motion Picture has assembled a star-studded cast that features Channing Tatum as the voice of George Washington, Simon Pegg as King James, Judy Greer as Martha Dandridge, Bobby Moynihan as Paul Revere and Raoul Trujillo as Geronimo. Rounding out the ensemble cast is Jason Mantzoukas, Olivia Munn, Will Forte, Andy Samberg, although their roles have no been confirmed yet.

Archer executive producer Matt Thompson is directed the film from a script by Wonder Woman and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings writer Dave Callaham. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse) are producing alongside Callaham, Thompson, and Tatum. Will Allegra, Peter Kiernan, Reid Carolin, and Eric Sims are also on board as producers.

Lord and Miller are on a bit of a hot streak lately. Following the involvement in the Academy Award-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, the duo has also produced The Mitchells vs the Machines, which released on Netflix this week to critical acclaim.

Netflix is really ramping up its animated output as the streaming service is slated to released five animated films this summer. America: The Motion Picture is scheduled to debut on June 30.
