Atomic Cartoons' animated series adaptation of Max Brallier's children's illustrated novel franchise The Last Kids on Earth has been a smash hit for Netflix and now the streaming service is gearing up to release an interactive adventure special. Arriving on April 6, The Last Kids on Earth: Happy Apocalypse to You puts you, the viewer, in charge of making choices that will ultimately determine how the story unfolds.
In the Happy Apocalypse to You special, Jack, Dirk and Quint try to throw June the greatest post-apocalyptic birthday party ever. The viewer will make decisions using their remote control and then watch the scene unfold. Check out the first trailer below!

The Last Kids on Earth: Happy Apocalypse to You will release on Netflix on April 6. That's the same day The Last Kids on Earth: Thrilling Tales From the Tree House, the first-ever graphic novel in the series, hits store shelves.
Netflix is currently home to multiple seasons of The Last Kids on Earth animated series. The first season was an hour-long special that covered the plot of the first book, while season two, which spanned 10 episodes, covered the second book. A third season also comprised of ten episodes was released last year and covered the events in the third book, The Last Kids on Earth and the Nightmare King.
