Jazwares is the latest toymaker to partner with Netflix on a collaboration inspired by the hit animated musical fantasy KPop Demon Hunters. Since the movie premiered this past summer, demand for merchandise has surged, especially toys aimed at the film’s younger audience.
Netflix has already partnered with Mattel and Hasbro to produce official toys and merchandise based on the film, but now a new partnership has formed between the streamer and another leading toy company, Jazwares. The toymaker will create a full line of plush, Squishmallows, and BumBumz inspired by KPop Demon Hunters.
“KPop Demon Hunters has taken the world by storm, and we're putting fans at the center of the action with an epic and comprehensive line of plush including, our global phenomenon Squishmallows, that lets kids and collectors step into the universe that’s buzzing across screens and social media,” said Jeremy Padawer, Chief Brand Officer at Jazwares. “Being involved in fandoms such as KPop Demon Hunters reinforces our commitment to shaping products at the intersection of pop culture, collecting and play.”
Jazwares’ KPop Demon Hunters line won’t arrive at U.S. and global retailers until 2026; however, the toymaker is already taking pre-orders for two announced Squishmallows. Available now are the mythical sidekicks Derpy (12”, $19.99) and Sussie (8”, $14.99). Pre-orders will remain open while supplies last, with shipments expected in May 2026.
In addition to these already announced Squishmallows, Jazware's KPop Demon Hunters lineup will include a wide range of plush featuring fan-favorite heroes, villains, and sidekicks from Netflix's global phenomenon. The first wave of products is expected to arrive in 2026.
As mentioned above, Netflix has already partnered with Mattel and Hasbro to produce official toys and merchandise based on the film. Mattel will create dolls, action figures, playsets, and collectibles, while Hasbro will also produce plush toys as well as youth-focused electronics, role-play items, and games.
Mattel already revealed its first set of collectible figures: a HUNTR/X Rumi, Mira, Zoey “What It Sounds Like” 3-Pack. The 3-doll set features the iconic demon slayers in outfits from their final performance in KPop Demon Hunters. It was made available for pre-order for $150 last month, but is currently sold out on the website. They aren't expected to release until late 2026.
If you're looking to purchase something in time for the holiday season, Netflix does have a KPop Demon Hunters merch in its online shop with clothing and accessories available for purchase. Meanwhile, Vans also just launched a new KPop Demon Hunters sneaker collection which is available in stores right now and online beginning Monday, December 8th.
