Looking to ramp up its merchandising for KPop Demon Hunters, Netflix has announced a master toy partnership with Mattel and Hasbro, two of the largest and most well-known toy, game, and entertainment companies in the world. Since the film's release this summer, KPop Demon Hunters has become one of the most popular movies around the world, but its unexpected success likely caught Netflix off guard, which likely explains the lack of official merchandise. Since then, the streamer has been playing catch-up.
This new licensing partnership with Mattel and Hasbro will result in the creation of a full portfolio of toys, collectibles, games, role-play products, and more inspired by the hit film.
“KPop Demon Hunters unleashed a global fan frenzy — we’re talking dancing, singing, and more screaming than anyone was emotionally prepared for,” said Marian Lee, Netflix Chief Marketing Officer. “HUNTR/X showed us that a truly great trio is more than the sum of its parts. Netflix, Mattel and Hasbro joining forces on this first-of-its-kind collaboration means fans can finally get their hands on the best dolls, games, and merchandise they’ve been not-so-subtly demanding on every social platform known to humanity. As Rumi, Mira and Zoey say — for the fans!”
According to the press release, Mattel "will market and develop a full range of KPop Demon Hunters–themed products across multiple categories, including dolls, action figures, accessories, collectibles, playsets, collaborations with co-brands, and more."
Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like any of this will be ready for the upcoming holiday season. Worldwide distribution won't begin until 2026; however, Mattel has already introduced a presale three-pack of HUNTR/X dolls. While the dolls will be available for purchase through the Mattel Creations website beginning November 12, 2025, orders won't ship until 2026.
Hasbro’s KPop Demon Hunters lineup, also set for 2026, will include plush toys, youth electronics, and role-play items. The company plans to tap into its iconic brands — such as Hasbro Games, Wizards of the Coast, Nerf, and Furby — for a series of themed collaborations. The first of these crossovers is MONOPOLY Deal: KPop Demon Hunters, which is now available for pre-order at Amazon, Target, and Walmart (shipping on January 1, 2026). The special edition incorporates characters and themes from KPop Demon Hunters. Here’s the official product description:
- INSPIRED BY KPOP DEMON HUNTERS: Help HUNTR/X prepare for their most epic concert yet in the Monopoly Deal: KPop Demon Hunters game! Features characters and themes from the hit Netflix animated film

- PLAY IN 15 MINUTES: Quick to play and easy to learn, this Monopoly Deal card game for 2 to 5 players is a super fun game for Family Game Night, after school, and more
Netflix confirmed that the Mattel and Hasbro products will be available at retail beginning Spring 2026 through the 2026 holiday season and beyond.
When K-pop superstars Rumi, Mira, and Zoey aren’t selling out stadiums, they’re using their secret identities as demon hunters to protect their fans from ever-present supernatural danger. Together, they must face their biggest threat — an irresistible rival boy band of demons in disguise.
Directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans, KPop Demon Hunters has become a cultural phenomenon. It's the most popular film of all time on Netflix, while boasting the #1 album on Billboard's 200 Albums chart. The film's single "Golden" became Billboard Hot 100's longest-running #1 hit by a girl group released in the 21st century. Suffice to say, KPop Demon Hunters is on its way to becoming the next major franchise, and we should expect sequels, spin-offs, and now plenty of merchandise.
