It's been three months since
Toy Story 4 debuted in theatres. The animated film went on
to earn over $1 billion at the worldwide box office and its home release is right around the corner. In promotion of this, Disney and Pixar have begun to release clips from the special features.
This first featurette regards a scene that didn't make it into the final cut nor get fully animated. We're presented a deleted scene through storyboards which sees Buzz Lightyear strung up as a prize in a carnival — much like what happened in the final film.
Only, instead of Ducky and Bunny, he comes across knock-off versions of himself. The gang of knock-off toys teach Buzz that carnival games are rigged before bullying a stall attendant and declaring,
"To insanity and beyond!"
