The animated revival series: Space Ghost: Coast to Coast found itself with widespread love and interest. So much so, in fact, that one of the characters got his own spin-off titled The Brak Show.
The voice actor behind the character is named Andy Merrill, and he had enough love for the character and that universe that he was on board with leading the spin-off at the same time as he was working on other projects, such as playing Oglethorpe in Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Merrill still has so much love for the character that he brings puppets to conventions in order to do his voice-action to bring joy to his fans. Luckily, we were on-site to handle press interviews, and we managed to speak with the man himself.
We exclusively learned a lot about how he got started and he charts his path through Space Ghost:Coast to Coast to his own spin-off The Brak Show and afterward. He happily exposed his puppeteering skills as well as utilizing his Brak voice simultaneously, which is a joy to view and hear. Check it out below!
What do you guys think about what the voice behind Brak had to say? Merrill is also continuing voice acting, most recently returning as Oglethorpe in Aqua Teen Forever: Plantasm. We've included the trailer for that flick below. Be sure to share your thoughts in the comments section as usual!
Aqua Teen Forever: Plantasm features everyone's favorite rascals, The Aquateens - the brainy Frylock, the mouthy Master Shake, the lovable Meatwad, and Everyone's favorite perverted neighbor, Carl - as they split up then get back together to fight everyone's favorite corporate overlord - Amazin, led by everyone's favorite tech mogul, Neil (voiced by everyone's favorite Peter Serafinowicz), and his trusty sidekick, Elmer (Paul Walter Hauser, who is everyone's favorite).
Aqua Teen Forever: Plantasm is currently on 4K Ultra HD and HBO MAX.
