LEGO has announced a new line of sets inspired by Disney Pixar's
Toy Story 4 will be coming soon. Though the announcement didn't offer us a look at any of the upcoming sets, the New York Toy Fair was this weekend, giving attendees a first look at the new
Toy Story 4 products.
Most of the film's major characters appear to be getting their own sets, including "Buzz & Woody's Carnival Mania!." Seemingly inspired by the scene which has been the setting of most of the movie's teasers, the set 230-piece set will feature carnival games, bumper cars, a "Terrorantulus" ride, and an ice cream stand along with minifigures for Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Bo-Peep, Ducky, and Bunny.
Woody also be getting his own "Wood RC" 69-piece set, featuring the rootinest tootinest cowboy along with a buildable RC and three micro-green army men who look like they could pose serious choking hazards for young children.
There's also the "RV Vacation" set with 178-pieces. Presumably located outside the carnival, the set includes an RV and campgrounds house front along with minifigures for Jessie, Rex, Bunny, Ducky, a toy Alien, and the brand new character, Forky.
Finally, we have the "Carnival Thrill Coaster" 98-piece set that can probably be combined with the Carnival Mania set to create an even bigger setting. This features a bug-themed roller coaster, complete with a track, a snack stand, and minifigure sfor Buzz Lightyear and a toy Alien.
Two additional sets - "Show by Caboom Duke" and "Adventures of Buzz and Bo Peep on Playground" - are also listed but there are no images or details.
Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.
The adventure continues when
Toy Story 4 hits theaters on June 21, 2019.
