On Wednesday, recording for the highly anticipated fourth installment of Pixar’s
Toy Story officially wrapped up and it was an emotional moment for the cast and crew! The animated film series, which has captured the hearts of kids and families alike since it first premiered in theaters 23 years ago, has sadly come to a close in its last and final film,
Toy Story 4.
Cast members including Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Tony Hale took to social media to share their final day of recording the beloved series. Tom Hanks, who voices the character of Woody, shared a photo on
Twitter of himself surrounded by other crew members celebrating the emotional moment as Hanks recorded his last lines for the pivotal character:
