Sonic the Hedgehog is now in theatres! The live-action movie stars Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik and James Marsden as Tom Wachowski. Ben Schwartz features, in voice only, as the titular speedster.
CinemaScore has officially revealed their grade for the video game movie. Suffice it to say,

Sonic the Hedgehog's opening night taking place two days ago, CinemaScore has done their thing, polled audiences, and figured out a fitting grade. The live-action movie has earned an impressive
"A" grade from the site (via
Gamefragger) — which could only be beaten by an
"A+".
Schwartz, the voice of Sonic in the movie, took to Twitter to celebrate the movie's reception by both Rotten Tomatoes and CinemaScore. The actor jokes that he doesn't properly understand how the sites managed to calculate their scores but is glad that they're high nonetheless. Check out his tweet below (via
