Last year saw the release of the animated adaptation of the iconic The Death of Superman storyline from DC Comics, and as such, the sequel focuses on those who wish to take up the mantle. Superboy, Eradicator, Steel, and Cyborg Superman all believe themselves to be the rightful heir to the heroic throne.
This new trailer sees each of the "Supermen" performing heroic deeds in their own respective way - some more humane than others. It seems to be a versus situation, though as the trailer progresses, it becomes evident that the Supermen aren't the only ones wanting to dominant Earth. We get a ton of new footage, including looks at the Justice League as well as a tease of the one, true Superman.
