Lady and the Tramp is just one of the many animated classics set to get a live-action makeover from Disney, and now the upcoming feature has gained another talented performer. 

According to a new report, the movie's newest cast member is Yvette Nicole Brown (Community), who has signed on to play Aunt Sarah in the upcoming live-action adaptation.

Those of you familiar with the animated film from 1955 will likely know that Aunt Sarah played a pivotal role in the story of Lady and the Tramp, as her decision to put a muzzle on Lady caused the Cocker Spaniel to run away.

Lady and the Tramp will be directed by Charlie Bean (The Lego Ninjago Movie) and is expected to debut on the Disney streaming service in 2019.The film will also star Tessa Thompson as Lady, Justin Theroux as Tramp, Thomas Mann as Jim Dear, and Kiersey Clemons as Darling.
