Dreamworks' Fast & Furious: Spy Racers, the upcoming animated series based on Universe Pictures' blockbuster action-racing franchise, will race onto Netflix next week. Ahead of its premiere, the streaming service has released a new action-packed clip from the series.

The clip highlights ones of the series' animated action sequences in which Sashi and Layla attempt to steal a car stowed on a boat in the middle of the ocean. Featuring high-speed motorbikes, high-tech spy gadgetry, and thrilling action sequences, it certainly seems like Fast & Furious: Spy Racers will do a wonderful job of capturing the explosive blockbuster moments seen in the movie franchise.

What's more, it will do so in a way that is age appropriate. Fast & Furious: Spy Racers is geared toward a younger audience, but clearly it will still feature some exciting moments.

Teenager Tony Toretto follows in the footsteps of his cousin Dom when he and his friends are recruited by a government agency to infiltrate SH1FT3R, an elite racing league serving as a front for a nefarious crime organization bent on world domination.

Fast & Furious: Spy Racers races onto Netflix on December 26.
