It's been over a year since BoJack Horseman's fifth season. Thankfully, Netflix announced the sixth season with a brand new trailer just yesterday. However, it was revealed that the next season of the popular adult-oriented cartoon will also be its last.

The final season will consist of 16 episodes and be seperated into two parts. Eight episodes will arrive on Netflix on October 25th and another eight will come on January 31st, 2020. Find out more about the upcoming season here.

Will Arnett, Alison Brie, Amy Sedaris, Aaron Paul are a few of BoJack Horseman's main stars. The latter of them recently took to Twitter to post about the upcoming season of the animated show. In response to a fan's tweet, Paul (@aaronpaul_8) said as follows:

"We had a wonderful time making Bojack. Couldn’t be more proud. Fell in love with these characters just like everyone else did but sadly Netflix thought it was time to close the curtains and so here we are. They gave us a home for 6 beautiful years. Nothing we could do about it."

The actor appears the have revealed that Netflix is to blame for BoJack Horseman coming to an end with its sixth season. That's what many has assumed anyway, since the streaming service has become known for offing popular shows. You can check out his tweet for yourself below:
