Streaming giant, Netflix, is unsurpsingly clammering back to its hit show, Big Mouth, as its numbers falter. On top of more of the original show coming soon, its spin-off series, Human Resources, is coming along for the ride with its own new season.
It shouldn't be a big surprise that Big Mouth's coming later this year, but with the current state of Netflix, it's anyone's guess what's going to happen in the near future. Season 6 is going to be hitting the streaming airwaves later this year meanwhile it's officially been renewed for Season 7.
Little really needs to be said about Big Mouth, but all you really need to know is it focuses on a cast of characters going through pueberty and facing all the horrors that come with it. Of course, all the main cast and exec producers are returning for the no doubt horomone-fueled ride.
Human Resources, on the other hand, is the recently showcased, sometimes raunchier spin-off following the regular lives of all the monsters that help -- or hinder -- humans get through life like Horomone Monsters, Ambition Grimlins, Logic Rocks, Addiction Angels, Shame Wizards, and more.
Kelly Galuska, Nick Kroll, Andrew Goldberg, Jennifer Flackett and Mark Levin co-created and executive produced the spin-off.
Kroll, Flackett, Goldberg, and Levin all are producing the shows under the Brutus Pink banner, which has an exclusive partnership with Netflix while Titmouse produces the animation.
