The Rocketeer, based on the comic book superhero of the same name created by Dave Stevens and 1991 movie of the same name, debted on Disney Junior and Disney Channel back in November 2019.
The series follows a 7-year-old girl named Katherine "Kit" Secord who receives the family jet pack for her birthday and takes on the legendary, superheroic mantle of The Rocketeer. Armed with her cool new gear and secret identity, Kit is ready to take flight and save the day with her gadget-minded best friend, Tesh, and Butch the bulldog by her side.
Thus far, the series consists of sixteen episodes — that's one whole season. Being a Disney Junior series, The Rocketeer is aimed a young children and their families.
From now on, you won't have to go by the Disney Junior schedule to watch The Rocketeer as the animated series is now available on the Disney+ streaming service.
