Back in 2016,
Ben 10 as a franchise was wholly rebooted. Shortly thereafter, Outright Games published a video game based on the new version of the animated series — releasing in November 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. They're now planning to do it again.
Outright Games has announced that they're collaborating with Cartoon Network and PHL Collective (
ClusterPuck 99) on a new
Ben 10 experience for PC and consoles (via
Gamefragger). It's said that they're planning to have the game ready and available within 2020 but details beyond that haven't been disclosed.
Given that Outright Games served as the publisher of the aforementioned 2017
Ben 10 game, you would think that the new project will be along the same lines as that — both in terms of the game itself as well as the platforms that it will release for.
"We are thrilled to be working with Cartoon Network again to create a brand-new Ben 10 game," says Outright Games CEO Terry Malham.
"Returning to the world of Ben 10 is something we’ve been keen to do for a while. The response from fans has been incredibly positive and we are so glad to work with Cartoon Network and continue to develop this ongoing partnership."
