The Hellaverse just had an unforgettable week last week! Creator Vivienne Medrano confirmed that Helluva Boss is officially coming to Amazon Prime Video, joining its sister series Hazbin Hotel. Even better, fans who first followed Blitzo’s wild adventures on YouTube can breathe easy (slightly) the series will continue airing free on VivziePop’s channel even after its Prime Video debut with the episodes debuting on YouTube a month after Prime.
However, the big announcements didn’t end there. A major character change has been confirmed, involving one of the show's fan-favorite supporting characters.
Beelzebub Voice Actor Recast for Future Helluva Boss Episodes
In a heartfelt TikTok post, voice actor Rochelle Diamante announced that she will officially take over the voice of Beelzebub (Bee) in future episodes. "Today I have bigger news. Kesha did the speaking voice for Bee and from what I've been told, she is no longer continuing the character. However, I have been offered the opportunity to keep the character on the show and continue her iconic ways. I’m so excited because I have been obsessed with this character since I found out what this was. I love the show, I love the character, and I’m very passionate about it. I’m officially the character and I’m officially Bee. I’m so proud to be a part of this."
Fans can be sure to expect Beelzebub’s sassy, chaotic spirit to live on under Rochelle Diamante’s performance moving forward.
Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel Crossover Seemingly Confirmed
Earlier this week, VivziePop’s official YouTube channel also released a special crossover video, bringing characters from Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel together for the very first time. While no official crossover episode has been confirmed yet, the crossover teaser sets the stage for a potential full event, something fans have long been eager to see.
