The Willoughbys is a new animated movie that's available to stream on Netflix — and has been since April 22nd. It's based on the children's book of the same name by Lois Lowry which was published back in 2008. Bron Animation produces while Kris Pearn directs.
It's the story of a dysfunctional family, the children of which believe they can do a better job raising themselves than their parents. They launch a sneaky plan which sends their parents off on vacation while they themselves embark on a high-flying adventure to find the true meaning of family.
The voice cast includes Will Forte and Alessia Cara as well as Maya Rudolph, Martin Short, Jane Krakowski, Terry Crews, and Ricky Gervais. Now that the movie itself is out and available to stream, Netflix Futures has released another two official clips. The first of the new official clips sees the aforementioned children defend their home from a real estate agent with a plethora of creative traps. The other clip sees the children delivered a mysterious package. If you want to find out the contents, you'll have to watch the movie.
