Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge is a new animated feature film from Warner Bros. Animation which is based on the iconic video game series of the same name. Since April 14th, it's been available digitally (on Amazon Prime Video and the like) and it's been available on Blu-ray, Ultra 4K HD, and DVD since yesterday — find out more on that here.
It's directed by Ethan Spaulding (Batman: Assault on Arkham) and written by Jeremy Adams (Teen Titans GO!) while Jim Krieg and Rick Morales serve as producers. The voice cast includes Joel McHale, Jennifer Carpenter, Jordan Rodriguez, Robin Atkin Downes, Steve Blum, and Patrick Seitz.
Respectively, that bunch play Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, Liu Kang, Kano, Sub-Zero, and Scorpion — but those aren't the only memorable fighters from the video game series that features in the animated movie. For instance, there's also Baraka.
Now that the movie has been released physically, Warner Bros. Animation has released a new, official clip which sees the feral character go up against the former of the aforementioned bunch — Johnny Cage. Suffice it to say, Cage is in way over his head and only narrowly avoids being impaled by Baraka. Check out the clip below (via IGN):
