Disney Channel recently dropped the very first teaser for their upcoming live-action movie adapation of, beloved animated series, Kim Possible.

The teaser doesn't show much but what it does show will most likely be enough to get fans of the animated show hyped for the movie - which releases next year. We get a look at a techy, green aestethic, that's pretty reminiscent of the classic cartoon, before Sadie Stanley's Kim Possible makes her first dramatic appearance.

Check out the new teaser below:

From 2002 to 2007, running for four seasons total, Kim Possible was one of Disney Channel's most popular animated shows.

The new film serves as a reboot, honouring the iconic series, with the afformentioned Sadie Stanley in the titular role as Kim Possible, while Sean Giambrone (of The Goldbergs) will play Ron Stoppable.

Christy Romano, the original voice actress for Kim, was recently announced as playing a part in the upcoming film - most likely as a way of respectfully handing the franchise to the new generation. On top of this, the original voice of Professor Dementor, Patton Oswalt, will be reprising his role. The film also stars: Alyson Hannigan, Todd Stashwick, Taylor Ortega, Ciara Wilson, Erika Tham, Issac Ryan Brown, and Connie Ray.

What do you think of the new teaser? Are you looking forward to the Kim Possible movie?

Kim Possible will be debuting on Disney Channel in 2019.
