Announced in March of this year, Ben 10: Power Trip is the latest video game based on the reboot of Cartoon Network's popular Ben 10 animated series that aired between 2005 and 2008 — published by Outright Games and developed by PHL Collective.
With the announcement, Ben 10: Power Trip was revealed to release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC, and early in July of this year the developers officially announced that the action-adventure title will be hitting store shelves on Friday the 9th of October.
The Ben 10 reboot series has not been ver ywell received by fans of the original show, with many claiming that this new iteration has done away with most of the elements that made Ben 10(2005) a timeless classic, and the upcoming video game has also received its fair share of criticism.
While there isn't anything intrinsically wrong with Ben 10: Power Trip, the developers hadn't really shared any gameplay that gave players a proper idea of what to expect from the upcoming title — which many considered to be a red flag, since graphics alone was already throwing people off.
Fortunately, the developers have finally recently shared a gameplay trailer for Ben 10: Power Trip, which does reveal that there's more to the game than the graphics some fans heavily criticised. While there is still room for improvement, it looks like the developers have done a fair job in terms of gampelay.
