Johnny Bravo debuted on Cartoon Network back in 1995 as an animated short created by Van Partible and was promptly adapted by Hanna-Barbera into a full-blown animated series which aired from 1997 to 2004.

The American series follows a muscular, young man who notably wears sunglassses and ends up in bizarre predicaments during his escapades in trying and failing to pick up women. The series was known for its adult humour and pop culture references. Despite airing over a decade and a half ago, Johnny Bravo remains fondly remembered and a household name.

Recently, an photo surfaced over on the /r/funkopop Reddit community — which is dedicated to the popular collectible bobblehead figures by Funko — that features the first look at an official Funko Pop! figure based on Johnny Bravo. Based on the comments, it seems that the Funko Pop! community is more than pleased with this development and many have wanted such a thing for a while.
