During New York Comic-Con, Prime Video finally released the official trailer for Invincible season two, offering an extended new look at the show's long-awaited return, which is nearly three years in the making.

The new eight-episode season has been split into two parts, with the first half arriving on November 3 and the second half set to arrive in early 2024. Thankfully, with the show already renewed for a third season by the streamer, expect a much shorter gap between seasons moving forward.

As for what to expect this season, the show will pick up a short while after Mark's showdown with his father, with Mark still coming to grips with the truth about his father and that near-fatal encounter. The synopsis also teases a number of new threats, "Still reeling from Nolan’s betrayal in Season One, Mark struggles to rebuild his life as he faces a host of new threats, all while battling his greatest fear - that he might become his father without even knowing it."

Future Thunderbolts star Steven Yeun voices the title role of Mark Grayson, with a supporting cast consisting of Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Chris Diamantopoulos, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Seth Rogen, and J.K. Simmons.

Invincible season two starts streaming on November 3.
