The Wreck-It Ralph sequel is just a few months away, coming to a theater near you on November 21st. As you might have noticed, we here at Toonado are pretty excited about it, and probably for the same reasons you are. We love the story arc of Ralph and Vanellope, and obviously the breathtaking visuals of the film. Of course, there’s a special place in our hearts for all the Easter Eggs in the original film, and according to Ralph Breaks the Internet directors Rich Moore and Phil Johnston, there will be even more of that in the sequel.

Specifically, there will be a decent amount of Marvel Easter Eggs. ComicBook.com featured an interview with the directors, who were asked about Marvel references in the movie. They said:
A lot of the characters we wanted don't exist anymore, they kinda vaporized. But it's represented pretty well, as both characters in the Oh My Disney scene and little avatars that are cosplaying like Marvel characters. So well represented in the film.

If the first movie is any indication, that means that Ralph Breaks the Internet will be chock full of references to Disney’s superhero universe. Though they haven’t been specified by the creators, you can bet that we’ll tell you all about them upon the film’s release.
