There are some pretty divergent opinions out there when it comes to Teen Titans GO! to the Movies. Some felt the movie was an annoying parody too dumb for the big screen. Others thought it was a light-hearted, fun poke at the state of superhero movies. However, there was one thing both sides agreed on. The movie took no prisoners when it came to self-parody. The film was ripe with jabs at hometeam DC Comics, especially zeroing in on the controversial Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Well, even a couple months after the release, Teen Titans doesn’t look like it’s stopping those spoofs. A new poster, released especially for Halloween, mocks BvS, even going so far as to imply it was boring.

Check out the poster here, via ScreenRant:

As you can see, the poster is a parody of much of the dark marketing for Zack Snyder’s critically panned superhero flick. It pits Robin against antagonist Slade in a gritty, menacing stand-off, much like what we saw when the Man of Steel and Dark Knight fought. The fake title, ‘Yawn of Justice’ presumably makes fun of some of the slower, more philosophical parts of BvS, which many criticized for being too dull. You can check out all of the Martha-mocking and grimdark spoofing now by getting Teen Titans GO! To the Movies on DVD.

What do you think of the Teen Titans GO! to the Movies parody poster? Is the BvS bashing still funny or are they beating a dead horse? For more Teen Titans news, and all your animated news in general, stay tooned to Toonado.
