Sonic the Hedgehog is an upcoming, live-action movie based on the video game series of the same name. Jeff Fowler directs, Ben Schwartz voices the titular character, and Jim Carrey plays Dr. Robotnik — the cast also includes James Marsden and Tika Sumpter.
When the movie was first revealed to the world back in the midst of 2019, fans weren't happy with the character design of the iconic, blue speedster. Thankfully, the film's director took to social media to announce that they would delay release in order to redo the design. Needless to say, they got it right the second time around.
