After the lengthy 14 year wait, The Incredibles 2 will finally be debuting in theatres next week - and with it breaking pre-sale records it's set to be one of this summer's biggest hits.
Singer-songwriter Usher recently urged moviegoers to check out the upcoming superhero sequel via Twitter - teasing the he will actually be making a cameo appearance in the film. The attached image shows the singer animated in the classic Pixar style alongside, Samuel L. Jackson's character, Frozone.
The caption reads, "Frozone, I'm your biggest fan" which, assuming Usher isn't just mentioning his love for the character, makes it seem as if the icy superhero has quite the high status within the film's universe - considering one of the world's biggest names in music is his "biggest fan."
Check out the tweet below:
What do you think about Usher having a cameo appearance in The Incredibles 2? Are you excited to see it in theatres once the film releases on the 15th of June?
In The Incredibles 2, Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose superpowers are about to be discovered. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) by their side. That’s what makes this family so Incredible.
