Just a couple of days ago, some official images from Disney's upcoming, live-action remake of
Lady and the Tramp were released online.
You can check those out here. We got a new look at each of the lead pups in the remake as well as the actors who will be playing them.
Now, another official look at the titular dogs has been released as the cover of the
"Disney Twenty-Three" magazine.
As was announced last month, footage of the upcoming remake of
Lady and the Tramp will debut at the impending D23 event — which begins on August 23rd.
In this new image we can see both Lady and Tramp — who will be played by Tessa Thompson (
Thor Ragnarok) and Justin Theroux (
The Leftovers) respectively. Check it out below (via

As you can see, unlike Disney's recently released remake of
The Lion King, the animals of the upcoming
Lady and the Tramp film won't be created using photorealistic CGI but rather be played by real dogs.
Another thing which differentiates
Lady and the Tramp and
The Lion King is that the latter released theatrically while the former will release exclusively through Disney+ (Disney's upcoming streaming service).
Lady and the Tramp will release on November 12th, 2019 exclusively through the Disney+ streaming service.
