Hulu's KING OF THE HILL Revival Celebrates Father's Day With A New Teaser

In a new King of the Hill teaser, Hank Hill cracks open a beer with Bobby and lightheartedly pushes back as his son tries to take control of the grill—reminding him that some Texas traditions never change.

Hank Hill looks Bobby square in the eye and says, “You must be a professional comedian if you think I’m going to let you take over for me.

Even though Bobby has built a successful career as a professional chef, Hank refuses to hand over control of the grill.

It’s a moment that perfectly captures their father-son dynamic, and a reminder that, no matter how many years go by or how much Bobby grows, Hank Hill remains as stubborn and proudly traditional as ever when it comes to propane and grilling.

Get ready to head back to Arlen, Texas, as Hank, Bill, Dale, and Boomhauer are officially making their return for a 14th season of King of the Hill on Hulu! Fans can mark their calendars for the premiere on August 4th, as confirmed by Hulu.

This revival won't be airing on Fox's traditional Animation Domination block on Sundays. Fox Entertainment clarified that they're now focusing on shows they fully own, and since King of the Hill now falls under the Disney umbrella, Hulu is its new home.

The new season is set to feature a time jump, picking up several years after the Season 13 finale. This means fans can expect a more grown-up Bobby Hill, who is now working as a chef in Dallas.

A wealth of familiar voices are making a comeback to reprise their iconic roles. Mike Judge is returning to voice both Hank Hill and Boomhauer, while Kathy Najimy steps back into the shoes of Peggy Hill. Pamela Adlon will once again bring Bobby Hill to life, joined by Stephen Root as the lovable Bill Dauterive. Lauren Tom is back to voice both Minh and Connie Souphanousinphone, and Ashley Gardner will reprise her dual roles as Nancy Gribble and Didi Hill. Plus, Jonathan Joss is confirmed to return as John Redcorn.

Hulu has demonstrated its confidence in the revival by giving King of the Hill a two-season order right out of the gate. This means plenty more propane and propane accessories, and, of course, plenty of laughs, are on the way!

"After years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia to earn their retirement nest egg, Hank and Peggy Hill return to a changed Arlen, Texas to reconnect with old friends Dale, Boomhauer and Bill. Meanwhile, Bobby is living his dream as a chef in Dallas and enjoying his 20s with his former classmates Connie, Joseph and Chane."
