Disney+ is Disney's official streaming service that launched in North America, Canada, and the Netherlands back in November 2019. Shortly after that, the streaming service became available in Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico. Thankfully, Disney+ will soon be expanding its reach to Europe.
The United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland will be able to join in the fun from March 24th —
more on that here. Disney+ will reportedly come to other Western Europe markets such as Belgium, the Nordics, and Portugal in Summer 2020.
The platform offers up all manner of original and previously released Disney content — including Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, National Geographic, and more — for the cost of a monthly subscription. Disney recently released an official promotional video which shows off all of the new movies, television shows, cartoons, and documentaries that will be coming to Disney+ during February.
Some notable additions (along with the date that they will be added) are
Descendants 3 (February 2nd),
Toy Story 4 (February 5th),
Pixar In Real Life: Toy Story: Traffic Cone Rescue (February 7th),
Star Wars: The Clone Wars (February 21st),
Marvel Rising: Operation Shuri (February 21st), and
Star Wars Resistance: Season 2 (February 28th). Check out the promo below (via
