Star Wars: The Clone Wars finally and officially comes to an end on May 4th. There are only two episodes left within the current story arc, the "Siege of Mandalore" arc, as well as the season as a whole. There's only one episode between us and the epic conclusion to the popular animated series. Episode 11 "Shattered".
The upcoming episode will pick up immediately after the events of the latest one (Episode 12 "The Phantom Apprentice). Maul's reign over Mandalore is over and the former Sith apprentice has been captured by Ahsoka, the Republic, and the Mandalorians. However, something much larger than all of that and all of them is about to kick off.
What with Episode 11 "Shattered" debuting on this Friday (May 1st), Disney has released some official stills which show off what's to come. What's more, they also recently released an official clip from the upcoming episode — which you can check out here.
It seems that Disney and Lucasfilm are keeping their cards close to their chests this time around as only five official stills have been released and they don't reveal a whole lot. Still, there are a couple of things that are notable. For instance, we can see Bo-Katan stood beside, Sabine Wren's mother, Ursa Wren in one of them.
In that still, we can also see Maul contained within some kind of prison chamber. Makes sense. Similarly, Maul can be spotted in the background of another still which appears to take place immediately after the events of the previous episode. He's still wrapped up in the Mandalorian's ropes.
