Gible is one of the rarer spawning creatures in the mobile game Pokémon Go. Since his release in the game fans have been biding their time - and their rare candy - for what trainers thought would be the creature's Community Day, but it seems that things may not be as we predicted.

Normally creatures who get a Community Day receive their shiny variant for the first time during the event as part of the celebration. The only exception to this rule has been Pikachu and that is only because his shiny variant was released in the game before Community Days were a thing.

Trainers were expecting February to have a day for Gible, and more importantly a day to get enough candy to evolve it - but now that the creature's shiny variant is already available, it goes against all of the other Community Day patterns they've followed up until this point.

But what are your thoughts? Will Gible get a Community Day, or will it remain a rare spawn? Let us know your thoughts below and check out the trailer for Pokémon Go's upcoming Buddy Adventure feature!
