Netflix has debuted the first teaser for its upcoming series
Ghost In The Shell: SAC_2045. The trailer itself is actually pretty light on footage, clocking in at under a minute in length, but it does give us our first look at the brand new art style which might surprises longtime fans.
Netflix has opted to go with full-3D CGI animation for the series. Similar to the art style of
Land of the Lustrous, it was designed to emulate hand-drawn anime. However, the trailer itself look much different than the original concept art released a while back, and this has drawn some criticism from fans who have compared the look of it to an old school video game (and not in a good way).
