Things over at Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. Animation are getting shaken up with a new announcement from Variety that talks about Head of WBA, Sam Register, being moved up to president of the company while also now overseeing Cartoon Network! This now means that Head of Cartoon Network Studios Rob Sorcher will be carried over to Warner Bros. Television Group!

With the change in position for Sorcher, he stated, “I am honored to have played my part in producing the artistry, innovation, and heart of Cartoon Network Studios, bringing joy to generations of young people around this world...I would like to thank Warner Bros. Television Group for embracing my wide-ranging interests, and I’m energized by the potential of this next chapter.” This new change in leadership will help to boost the creativity across all of the companies while still remembering the past success that has brought them to where they are now.
