Frozen 2 is set to arrive in theatres in just nine days. The animated Disney sequel is a follow-up to 2013's
Frozen and will see Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad reprise their roles as Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf respectively. The former of those actors recently appeared on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.
After the traditional talk-show segment of the show, Bell performed alongside Fallon. The actress and host sang their way through the history of animated Disney musicals. That is to say that they performed segments of iconic songs such as "Part of your world" from
The Little Mermaid, "A Whole New World" from
Aladdin, "Let It Go" from
Frozen, and much more.
Included in the segment was even a brief tease of "Into the Unknown" which is a new song that will feature in
Frozen 2 and is poised to be just as successful as "Let It Go" from the sequel's predecessor —
you can get a glimpse at Idina Menzel performing "Into the Unknown" in this special look at Frozen 2.
You can check out the video in question below (via
The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon):
Why was Elsa born with magical powers? The answer is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she'll set out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough.
Frozen 2 is set to arrive in theatres on November 22nd, 2019.
