Earlier this week, we were treated to a new trailer for Marvel's upcoming animated movie Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors. The 80-minute feature length film will introduce us to the next generation of Marvel heroes as a "ragtag, untrained band of teens have no choice but to rise together and prove to the world that sometimes the difference between a “hero” and “misfit” is just in the name."

While we met some of these new faces in the Marvel Rising: Initiation series back in AugustSecret Warriors will bring new characters into the mix. One new character is Inferno, the fiery hero voiced by Tyler Posey. In a new video featurette, Posey discusses his character and what makes him interesting.

"He's really struggling with his identity and his powers - he doesn't seem like he wants," Posey reveals. "His powers aren't really fully in control yet. He's still trying to figure out how to use them. He's kind of like a troubled kid which is really cool because I think it's relatable to kids, my age or younger. I've been through that stuff when I was younger."

Inferno will join a diverse super-team that also includes Ms. Marvel (Kathreen Khavari), Squirrel Girl (Milana Vayntrub), America Chavez (Cierra Ramirez), Quake (Chloe Bennet), Patriot (Kamil McFadden), and more.

Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors will premiere Sunday, September 30 at 10:00 p.m. on Disney Channel and Disney XD. In the meantime, you can watch the full series of shorts for Marvel Rising: Initiation online.
