Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge is out now digitally. What's more, a physical release (both Blu-ray and DVD) will be available from April 29th. Based on the popular video game series of the same name, Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge is an R-rated animated movie that features a plethora of iconic fighters.
The voice cast includes the likes of Patrick Seitz as Scorpion, Steve Blum as Sub-Zero, Jordan Rodriguez as Liu Kang, Joel McHale as Johnny Cage, Jennifer Carpenter as Sonya Blade, and more. It's the latter actor who's of significance today.
Quite a few official clips from Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge have been released over the last couple of weeks — both prior to and after the animated movie's digital release. Here's one, for instance, which sees Johnny Cage meet Sonya Blade, Liu Kang, and Raiden. The most recent clip to have been released stars Sonya Blade.
The special forces agent appears to be taking a breather in the midst of a forest, however, unbeknownst to her she's being watched. An invisible enemy akin to The Predator is stalking her and soon makes their presence known. It's Reptile! They're a fan-favourite character from the series. The rest of the clip sees the two live up to their roots and battle it out.
