It has been four months since
Aladdin made its debut in theatres. In that time, the live-action remake of the animated classic managed to earn more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office. For all intents and purposes, it was a huge success — so much so that
Disney are reportedly already planning a sequel.
Without a shadow of a doubt, one of the aspects of
Aladdin that made the film thrive was its cast of Will Smith, Mena Masoud, and Naomi Scott. The former two of those played the Genie and Aladdin respectively. In a new behind-the-scenes video, we can see the pair at work.

DisneyMusicVEVO and is in promotion of the
Aladdin home release — which features even more behind-the-scenes content. We can see both Smith and Masoud filming the
"Friend Like Me" musical number. Despite seeming to be computer-generated in the film, Smith was actually on-set alongside Masoud and garbed in a motion-capture suit.
