A couple of days ago, DreamWorks
released the first trailer for their next animated movie:
Abominable. The film was made in collaboration with Pearl Studio and both written and directed by Jill Culton (
Open Season).
Abominable follows a teenager by the name of Yi. The girl encounters a young Yeti on the roof of her apartment building in Shanghai, she and her mischievous friends, Jin and Peng, name him “Everest” and embark on an epic quest to reunite the magical creature with his family at the highest point on Earth.
The film's main character is played by Chloe Bennet (
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.). The cast also includes: Albert Tsai, Tenzing Norgay Trainor, Eddie Izzard, Sarah Paulson, Tsai Chin and Michelle Wong.
