Disney+ debuted back in November 2019 for North America, Canada, and the Netherlands. It's a streaming service that's home to essentially Disney's entire back catalogue of content — including movies, TV shows, documentaries, short films, and more. Additionally, it's home to exclusive content such as a live-action remake of
Lady and the Tramp,
The Mandalorian, and more.
Shortly after its aforementioned debut, the streaming service extended its reach to Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico. Thankfully, the streaming service will be extending its reach even further very soon. On March 24th, Disney+ comes to Europe (including the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland).
Further expansions will reportedly be coming throughout 2020 — to the likes of Belgium, the Nordics, Portugal, and South America.
Not only is the streaming service home to Disney's back catalogue of content as well as exclusives but new stuff is constantly being added. Disney has released an official promotional video which provides a rundown of any and all of the new content that will be coming to Disney+ throughout the rest of the month.
Some notable, upcoming additions include:
Pixar in Real Life: Brave (March 6th),
G-Force (March 15th),
Vampirina Ghoul Girls Rock! — Season 2 (March 20th),
Playtime With Puppy Dog Pals — Season 2 (March 20th),
Big Hero 6: The Series — Season 2 (March 29th), as well as episodes 3-6 of
Star Wars: The Clone Wars — The Final Season and much, much more.
