We already announced that The Simpsons would be featuring the head of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige as Chinnos in an episode during the shows current Season 31. Confirmation was also given that the Marvel Cinematic Universe brotherly directing duo of Anthony and Joe Russo (Community, Captain America Civil War, Avengers: Endgame) would be voicing characters in an episode.

Cobie Smulders is also a huge part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as she portrays Maria Hill in The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Agent's of S.H.I.E.L.D., Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, and Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Now she has become the latest to take on an alternate-superhero identity in the Simpsons universe and she has brought her real life husband, Taran Killam (SNL, Community), along with her for the ride. The two are playing Hydrangea and Airshot respectively, which are two superheros from the film Vindicators which Bart loves, and the movie executives are played by the Russo Brothers.

Courtesy of TV Line, the following images preview Cobie Smulders character Hydrangea and Taran Killam's Airshot, followed by Kevin Feige's satirical Thanos character, Chinnos. Set in the town of Springfield, The Simpsons lampoons both American culture and the human condition. It is a satirical depiction of a dysfunctional middle-class American lifestyle starring the eponymous family: Homer, Marge, Lisa, Bart, and Maggie.

The Simpsons is available to stream on Disney+ while new episodes air each Sunday on FOX.
