The Boys Presents: Diabolical, the animated spinoff of the gruesome superhero series The Boys, makes its debut on Amazon Prime Video today. The animated series is off to a tremendous start with a perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Only 14 critic ratings have been counted so far but the general consensus is overwhelmingly positive.

Diabolical’s animated shorts pack the same supersized punch as The Boys, transposing the original series’ scabrous social commentary into a cartoonish medium that’s just as much devilish fun -- and definitely not for kids.

The first season of The Boys Presents: Diabolical consists of eight episodes, all of which can be watched starting today. Set in the same universe as The Boys live-action series, which is based on the comic book of hte same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys Presents: Diabolical is a collection of eight irreverent and emotionally shocking animated short films.

Some of Hollywood's most brilliant and creative minds have come together to create these stories, including Seth Rogen, Awkwafina, Aisha Tyler, Andy Samberg, and Garth Ennis. Each episode is also told with a different animation style.

While The Boys Presents: Diabolical dives deep into the unseen crevices of The Boys universe, fans of the live-action series can look forward to its return when season three debuts on Amazon Prime on June 3, 2022.
