Since Samurai Jack ended a few years ago, fans have been eagerly awaiting the next animated project from the Emmy-winning creator of Dexter's Laboratory. A couple of months ago, Primal's intriguing teaser trailer revealed the pre-historic setting and the caveman protagonist.

The clip shows the caveman character fighting a ferocious dinosaur. As expected, the 2D animation looks stunning. Anyone who enjoyed the bloody action of Samurai Jack's fifth season will be pleased to see that Primal has a much more intense style. Check out the clip:
