Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, a new Hollywood Studios attraction based on the award-winning Mickey Mouse cartoon shorts, invites guests to step through the movie screen for an exciting adventure.

Mark your calendars because Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway finally has an opening date. Disney announced this week that the new attraction based on the award-winning Mickey Mouse cartoon shorts, will be leaving the station and opening in Hollywood Studios on March 4, 2020.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is the first ride-through attraction to star Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The attraction will transport guests inside a Mickey cartoon "for a fun-filled adventure where 'Mouse rules apply' and anything can happen!"

A colorful new poster was also released. It's the second one for the upcoming ride, following last month's poster that featured Mickey and Minnie on an underwater adventure

While Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will be opening in Disney's Hollywood Studios this spring, the attraction won't be coming to Disneyland until 2022. In addition to announced the opening date of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Disney also shared a first look inside another new attraction coming next year: Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, which will be coming to Epcot
