The gruesome first trailer for NetherRealm's Mortal Kombat 1 (a soft reboot of the franchise) debuted yesterday, and details of the premium version of the game's first Kombat Pack have now leaked online via Amazon Italy.
Playable characters will include MK mainstays such as Quan Chi, Ermac, and Takeda, but players will also be able to take control of Invincible's Omni Man, The Suicide Squad's Peacemaker, and Homelander from The Boys!
As any fans of Prime Video's animated Invincible adaptation will know, Omni-Man is a seriously over-powered and formidable character, so it should be very interesting to see how he matches up to the likes of Homelander.
We don't have any images of the Kombat Pack characters just yet, but keep an eye out for updates. In the meantime, have another look at the awesome, fatality-filled trailer below.
NetherRealm’s genre-defining Story Mode returns with an immersive cinematic narrative featuring unexpected twists on classic rivalries and original backstories for a wide-ranging cast of legendary fighters, including Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Shang Tsung, Johnny Cage, and many others. Mortal Kombat 1 will also introduce Kameo Fighters, a unique roster of partner characters that can assist during matches, creating expanded gameplay possibilities for players.
