Since COVID-19 has put the world on hold for the past year, animated shows and films have been able to shine in a way that forces people to recognize the medium and the hard world that goes into it. Since quarantine has put so many productions on hold, animation studios have simply taken their work home and have been putting out and announcing some amazing new properties.
Apple has recently started to make its mark, at first, by announcing that its streaming service Apple TV+ would be the home for the Peanuts gang for the foreseeable future and now bringing ga brand new original film to theaters titled, Wolfwalkers.
The film is a fully hand-drawn fantasy adventure that talks about themes of friendship, tolerance, and understanding. Distributed by GKIDS, the new film has recently released a new trailer that is simply stunning in terms of color and animation. A mid-November release date was also confirmed with a limited screening!
