Kingdom Hearts III is one of 2019's most-anticipated launches. Fans of the long-running series don't really need any incentive to go out and purchase the game, but retailers are vying for your business, offering all sorts of additional bonuses.
The latest is Walmart, who revealed this week a set of three exclusive Collectible Art Cards featuring characters from three of Disney's biggest franchises:
Frozen,
Toy Story, and
Pirates of the Caribbean.
These are just two of the three cards that will be included in your purchase of either the standard edition or deluxe edition of
Kingdom Hearts III. As a reminder, the deluxe edition also includes a collectible pin, hardcover artbook, and special-designed Steel Book Case in addition to the Walmart-exclusive Collectible Art Cards.
Set to release this month,
Kingdom Hearts III will take players on a heroic adventure that follows Sora, Donald, and Goofy as they attempt to conquer the darkness. On their journey, they will visit numerous worlds inspired by Disney, Pixar, and Walt Disney Animation films, including
Frozen, Pirates of the Caribbean, and
Toy Story. Of course, the game will take us to many other unique places, including worlds themed after
Tangled, Monsters, Inc., and
Big Hero 6.
As unexpected events begin to unfold in the Disney worlds at the hands of the enemy's dark ambitions, the heroic trio of Sora, Donald, and Goofy find adventures ahead—from aquatic battles in the world of Pirates of the Caribbean to dances with the townspeople in the Kingdom of Corona from Tangled. We also get a first look at Stitch from Lilo and Stitch, a cooking-themed Ratatouille Keyblade, conversations involving Organization XIII members, and a glimpse at Kairi wielding a Keyblade!
Kingdom Hearts III will be available for PS4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019.
