The Secret life of Pets. Today, we got our first trailer for the film, you can check it out here:
As you can see, the film will follow much of the main cast of the first movie. however, there will be soem notable differences. The biggest is, of course, the voice of main character and loveable dog Max. Max, in 2016, was voiced by the now infamous comedian Louis C.K. With C.K. on the outs in the media world due to his seual harrasment of several colleagues, Patton Oswalt will fill in for the character of Max. Another noticeable addition to the film is Harrison Ford. According to the good folks at
ScreenRant, Ford's character will mark the first time he's ever been in an animated film. Finally,
The Black Unicorn author Tiffany Haddish lends her voice to the sequel. Haddish is one of the biggest voices in comedy today, so having her in the film promises to bring a crowd of folks familiar with her work. The Secret life of pets 2 heads to theaters on
June 7, 2019.
