THE LION KING Clip Gives Us A Look At Director Jon Favreau's Version Of The Iconic Circle Of Life Scene
The Lion King is set to hit theaters next week, and now a new clip from the upcoming film provides us with a look at the remake's version of the "Circle of Life" sequence. Check it out after the jump.
Ever since Disney released the first teaser for Jon Favreau's The Lion King, we've known that the upcoming "live-action" film would recreate several iconic scenes from the animated classic. And now, a new clip from the movie gives fans a glimpse of one such scene.
While it may not be the full sequence, the visually stunning footage showcases the remake's version of the famous "Circle of Life" scene, including the moment Rafiki presents Simba to the rest of the kingdom.
The Lion King is scheduled to hit theaters on July 18, 2019 and features an incredible cast comprised of stars Donald Glover, Beyoncé, James Earl Jones, Alfre Woodard, Billy Eichner, and Seth Rogan.
