The First Ten Minutes Of DETECTIVE PIKACHU Have Been Officially Released Online

Four months after its release, you can now officially watch the first ten minutes of Detective Pikachu on YouTube for free. This is in promotion of the home release which debuted last month.

Detective Pikachu released in theatres back in May and it's home release arrived a month ago. You can officially own the first live-action Pokémon film on DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD, or digitally.

However, if you haven't gotten around to seeing Detective Pikachu yet, Warner Bros. has got you covered as they've released a preview of the film online. On the official Warner Bros. UK YouTube channel, you can watch the first ten minutes of the Pokémon film entirely for free.

We're introduced to both an imposing threat and Tim Goodman, the film's protagonist, within the opening alone. However, while the footage does include a couple of Pokémon creatures, Detective Pikachu himself is absent. You can watch the first ten minutes of the film for yourself below:
